MediTracker - A Medication Tracking Application

Ever wanted to keep track of your medications? Get reminders for when you should take your meds? Have your doctor know what you are taking and how much without having to fill out forms at your appointment? Then MediTracker is for you! This standalone application only requires a small installation on your computer that connects to a database to save data securely. Written in C#/.Net Framework frontend and connects to a MySQL backend. This was my capstone project with WGU and has earned its place among my projects.

WGU Term Manager - A Mobile Class Organizer

This fully functional application can create customers in a MySQL database, plus create appointments for each customer with error handling such as no overlapping appointments or improper data input. It has the ability to login and out of the system, create reports, and modify customer and appointment records.

This is a standalone Windows application. It is able to create parts and products, while associating parts to the products. It also includes error handling such as not being able to delete products with associated parts or improper data input.

IT Technician - Pierce County Library System (2019 - Present)

  • Setup time tracking software, Dovico, for IT Manager to be used by the IT Department to assist with time recording on projects for portfolios.
  • Using usage reports, updated key parts of the IT Staff Web Page.
  • Created automation in ticketing system to allow for efficient workflows, such as an app approval catalog.
  • Created solutions to document issues and how to resolve them as well as updated out-of-date solutions for equipment requests and name changes.

System Engineer - Insynq (now called Summit) (2018 - 2019)

  • Investigate client platform issues and provide accurate and practical solutions to keep their businesses running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Build good rapport with clients by welcoming challenges with resilience and a can-do attitude.
  • Quickly diagnosed client’s initial issues.

Systems Support Specialist - InDemand Interpreting (now called Stratus Video) (2014 - 2018)

  • Assisted BI analysts with targeting specific application, customer, and system data to produce accurate metric reports within Tableau.
  • Evaluated and created automation scripts in KACE which improved support flow.
  • Managed asset information for tracking, records, and device dataw hich prevented asset losses and continuous support calls and mobile devices via JAMF MDM.

System Analyst - World Vision (2013 - 2014)

  • Diagnosed Windows process problems and applied solutions to increase corporate user efficiency.
  • Recommended software and network security standards.
  • Administered company policies, technical procedures, and standards for preserving the security of all user data.
  • Installed and performed repairs to hardware, software, and peripherals.
